Speech entries must be 100 words or less and memorized.
Parents and teacher may help you write your speech.
Entry fee State $ 50.00 per performance
** you may enter more than one speech**
High point winner of the speech contest will perform her speech on stage at finals
we reserve the right to compbine Winners at Preliminaries & State for divisions of less then 3, they will receive
crown and banner .
